Is holding an online contest that is free of charge and without obligation to purchase, from November 23, 2010 12:00 p.m to January 10, 2011 11:59pm

Article 2: CONTEST ENTRY

The contest is open to everyone, ages 18 and over.

Directors, officers and employees of AF and organizing companies are not eligible to participate.

Participation in the contest supposes unreserved acceptance of the present rules and all their provisions, as well as of all laws and regulations applicable to free contests.

Failure to abide by the conditions set forth in these rules will result in the automatic disqualification of the entrant.

Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of this contest may result in the immediate elimination of the person involved.

Winners agree that Air France can use their names and pictures for promotional or advertising purposes and will sign the consent form used by Air France for this purpose.

By participating in this contest, the participants agree that all personal information submitted can be collected and used. Nevertheless, these are only gathered for the purposes of the administration of the present competition and will serve at no other end without the consent of the participants.

Article 3: INFORMATION ABOUT THE CONTEST

Article 4: PARTICIPATION RULES

In order to enter the contest, contestants must:
•  connect to the following website http://home.edt02.net/emc/R/45720/formulaire/index.php?lang=en
•  complete all mandatory fields and submit

Article 5: NUMBER OF ENTRIES ALLOWED

Only one person per account may enter the contest: same surname, same address and/or same email address.

Incomplete or inexact registrations will not be considered and will disqualify the entrant.

Any attempt at fraud on the part of a participant shall disqualify all entries submitted from that household.

Article 6: PRIZES

One (1) pair of round-trip tickets on Air France Voyageur class from Montreal or Toronto to France (Air France destinations).

Such tickets are subject to the conditions of carriage of Air France, as the case may be, and, in addition, to the terms of use listed at the bottom of these rules. Prizes do not include travel to the departure airport, for which the winner remains responsible.

The winner and the person traveling with him must travel together on both outbound and return flights.

The approximate total value of each pair of ticket is TWO THOUSAND AND FIVE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS ( $2,500CA)

Under no circumstances may a prize ticket be refunded or exchanged for its value in money or for any other ticket, product or service, nor can it be transferred to a third party. However, in cases of force majeure or if warranted by circumstances, Air France reserves the right at any time to substitute another prize of equivalent value (as determined by them) for the announced prizes.

ARTICLE 7: NOMINATION OF THE WINNERS

A draw will be organized January 20th 2011 and designate the winner(s) among the senders whose participation has been validated. The draw will be conducted electronically, and the choice of winner is totally random.

No list of winners shall be given out by telephone or by mail.

The draw will be held at the offices of Air France at 2000 Mansfield, Suite 1510, Montreal, Quebec.

Article 8: ATTRIBUTION OF PRIZES

Contestants who have been selected shall be notified by email by January 31st 2010 5:00pm (Montreal time).

Selected participants shall confirm that they intend to claim their prize by sending a confirmation e-mail to: mail.concours@airfrance.fr by March 2nd, 2011 of the above notification e-mail, failing which, but subject to provisions of Section 11, they shall be considered to have refused the prize.

To be entitled to receive their prize, selected contestants shall have to prove that they meet all contest requirements, sign the consent form for the use of his name and photo for promotional purposes, and successfully answer a mathematical question within a specific time period, alone and without any help, whether human, mechanical, electronic or other.

Any prize which cannot be awarded as a result of the selected contestant having failed to confirm his intention to claim his prize within the specified time limits, or failed to meet the above requirements, shall be cancelled, and no other winner shall be designated for that prize.

SECTION 9: LIABILITY

A. WITH RESPECT TO THE CONTEST
Air France cannot be held liable in the event of a dysfunction of the Internet network, preventing access to the game or its smooth running. In particular, Air France cannot be held liable for any third party acts of Internet abuse.

While Air France shall do all in their power to provide users with information and/or tools that are accessible and verified, they shall not be held liable for any errors (particularly in display on contest websites), or for the absence of availability of information and/or the presence of a virus on the website.

Participation in the contest implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics and limitations of the Internet, the absence of protection of certain data provided against possible misuse or piracy, and the risks of contamination by viruses circulating on the Internet.

Participants must take appropriate measures to protect their personal data and/or software on their computer or telephone equipment from any kind of attack. All persons connecting to the website and participating in the contest shall do so at their own risk.

Furthermore, Air France shall not be responsible or liable in the event of:
•  Internet access problems;,
•  hardware or software problems;
•  deletion or loss of data provided by participants for reasons not attributable to Air France;
•  human errors or errors due to electrical malfunction;
•  Disturbances that might affect the smooth running of the contest or dysfunctions in the automated draw process.

Air France shall not be held liable for the consequences of any delay in email for which it is not responsible. Any claims must be sent by the recipient directly to the appropriate Internet service provider (ISP).

In any case, if the smooth running of the contest in administrative and/or technical terms is disrupted for any reason beyond the control of Air France, the Company reserves the right to suspend the contest.

Any fraud or breach of the present rules shall result in the disqualification of the entrant; Air France reserves the right, if warranted, to initiate proceedings against the defaulting party.

B. WITH RESPECT TO THE USE OF PRIZE TICKETS
Air France shall not be held liable for any physical incapacity, whether legal, physical or mental, preventing the winners from boarding their flight or entering a foreign country, including in the case of irregularity in their travel documents (missing or expired passport or visa, etc.).

SECTION 10: GENERALITIES

The present rules are governed by the laws of Quebec , excluding conflict of law rules as well as, for people outside Quebec , provisions allowing a dispute with respect to the contest to be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux as per section 11 below.

Only the French version of the contest rules is legally valid. In case of any difference between the French and English version, the French version will prevail.

SECTION 11: DISPUTES (QUEBEC ONLY)

ONLY FOR QUEBEC RESIDENTS: a dispute over the setting up or conduct of this promotional contest can be submitted for adjudication to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for adjudication . A dispute over the awarding of a prize can be submitted to the Régie , but only for the purpose of attempting to facilitate an agreement between the parties.

One (1) pair of tickets in VOYAGEUR Class on Air France
(economy) From Montreal or Toronto to France



1.

Tickets will be for travel from Montreal or Toronto to France on an Air France operated flight and must be used by August 25th, 2011. The tickets must be issued by March 28th, 2011. No extension shall be granted if not issued /used by said dates. Stop overs in Paris are not permitted unless Paris is your final destination

Reservations requests must be faxed to Danielle Gauthier at 514 847 5034 or by email to mail.concours@airfrance.fr. You must provide the names of the passengers as they appear on their passports, and the following information: email address, date of birth, passport number and country of issuance as well as its expiration date.

Air France reserves the right to alter flight dates by a few days, after consulting with the ticket recipient, in the event of an unforeseen situation or a lack of seats in class “N.” These tickets will be issued electronically.

4.

Tickets are issued at the same time reservations are processed.

5.

These tickets are for personal use and must be used simultaneously by both the winner and their travelling companion. Reselling these tickets is strictly forbidden.

6.

These tickets apply solely to the scheduled itinerary; they can neither be modified nor exchanged for tickets for a different itinerary.

7.

These tickets are not valid on other airlines. They cannot be used on Air France flight series AF 3600 to 3699, 4152 to 4155, 4400 to 4499, 4600 to 4999, 5020, 6300 to 6399, 7100 to 7178, 7180, 7189, 7191, 7193 to 7299 and 8000 to 9999.

8.

These tickets do not allow for advance seat selection. Flying Blue miles cannot be earned on this trip.

9.

Air France will not be responsible for any failure to board due to circumstances beyond its control. Passengers shall assume all financial expenses or losses, e.g. hotels, restaurants, taxis, phone calls and lost wages, incurred as a result of said failure to board and shall waive all liability claims.
